Tingo is a turn based multiplayer game inspired by Bingo and Tic Tac Toe.
Each player has a board, players take turns selecting numbers. Whenever a number is selected, it is played on both boards. The first player to have 3 horizontal, vertical, or diagonal lines in his board wins the game.
